Welcome to Atman Auto Parts. This site is operated by Atman Parts LLC ("Atman", "we", "us"), 3533 E US Highway 175, Kaufman, TX 75142, United States. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Our parts
We sell genuine used OEM parts recovered from vehicles at our own yard. Each part is a single, unique item: what you see in the photos is the exact part you receive.
Used parts carry normal signs of prior use — scuffs, scratches, faded finish, mounting marks. Each part is tested before or after removal and is covered by our 90-day warranty, described in the Refund Policy.
2. Fitment
Part numbers, model years and fitment data are published to the best of our knowledge and serve as a guide. The buyer is responsible for confirming that a part fits their vehicle before ordering. Match the OEM number with your original part, or send us your VIN and we will confirm the fit at no charge.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it and the part ships.
Because every part exists as a single unit and is also offered through our other sales channels, a part may sell while an order is being processed. In that case we contact you immediately and refund the order in full.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example when a part is already sold, when pricing or listing information contains an error, or when an order appears fraudulent.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and apply to the part alone; shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Texas sales tax applies to orders shipped within Texas. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees in their country.
Prices and availability change as our inventory changes.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 90-day warranty are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Installation and professional use
Parts are supplied for installation by a qualified technician, in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's procedures. Installation, removal, diagnostics and any related labor or costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim connected to a part or an order is limited to the purchase price of that part. To the extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labor, towing, storage, rental vehicles, loss of use or lost income.
8. Trademarks
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover and all other vehicle brand names, model names and part numbers are the property of their respective owners. They appear here for identification and fitment purposes only. Atman Parts LLC is an independent seller of used parts and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
9. Site content and accounts
The content of this site — text, photographs of our parts, layout and logos — belongs to Atman Parts LLC. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome; republishing or bulk copying of our listings and photographs requires our written consent.
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are heard by the state or federal courts located in Kaufman County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as our business develops. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
